    The Karst stone chamber just under the house was carved out by hand, by Avguštin's father, Renato.

    The wine cellar contains some 13,000 bottles with labels from all over the world. Particular attention is given to the local wines of the Mitteleuropean geographical area. Avguštin, by trade an innkeeper, has spent all his life getting to know the best wine producers, and when it comes to choosing the wine to complement the dishes that are beautifully prepared by his wife, Gabriella, he never betrays his guests' expectations. An excellent match between flavours and form, between the cellar and the kitchen; a marriage reinforced by years of sharing experience and values.
